Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.12.2023 in W.P.No.34851 of 2022 has been duly complied with and he has also filed a compliance report of the third respondent to that effect. He further submitted that copies of the proceedings have also been served to the petitioner.
