The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the DVC No.87 of 2022, pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Puducherry.

2.The grievances of the petitioners are that they have been unnecessarily implicated in the DVC proceedings and therefore, it is to be quashed against them. However, the perusal of the complaint reveals that there are certain allegations raised against the revision petitioners which all are to be inquired into.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for a considerable length of time made a request for the withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
