Rattan Kumar Khemka And 3 Others v. Anita Devi And 15 Others

A.No.158 of 2024 in C.S.DR.No.146459 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the defendants 3,7 to 14 and 16, residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and also with respect to schedule properties situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for partition of properties situated within the jurisdiction of this Court except some of the properties situated in Haryana, outside the jurisdiction.

Considering the fact that most of the properties situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and other defendants are residing within the jurisdiction except defendants 3,7 to 14 and 16, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
