admission. He has no objection to a direction being issued for disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2023.

2. The prayer in the representation, as in this Writ Petition, is for effecting changes in the 10th and 12th standard mark sheets of the petitioner in regard to the name of the petitioner from 'Suvedha B' to 'B.Shwetha'.

3. Since, adjudication on the prayer of the petitioner would require assimilation of various facts, it is appropriate that mandamus is issued as sought for.

4. Accordingly, mandamus is issued to the sole respondent to hear the petitioner, consider materials, if any she may file in support of her request and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2023 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
