This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21911 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 by this Court to report before the respondent police daily until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. He would further submit that investigation is still pending and there is no previous case against the petitioner.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21911 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1/3

every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
