ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the 2nd Respondent/Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal in APCST No.146/02 filed by the Petitioner on 24.4.2002, against the order of assessment dated 22.03.2002 for the assessment year 1996-97.
2. Upon notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents, on instructions, submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous, since the appeal in APCST No.146/02 filed by the Petitioner was disposed of on 22.3.2004 itself and also produced a communication in ROC.B1/1200/04, dated 5.4.2004 of the 1st Respondent to that effect. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as infructuous. No costs.
