This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21455 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the credit of Crime No.199 of 2024 and two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
