This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 16.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16534 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19770 of 2023 to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Arni, everyday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, appear on Court hearing dates.
