Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action for issuance of patta in petitioner's favour as per sub-division made by the concerned Surveyor by ignoring the third respondent's objection for the petitioner's property at No.147, Neervalur Village, Kancheepuram Taluk & District, comprised in Survey No.516 (Old S.No.65/1B), measuring an extent of 1452 sq.ft. on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2016.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action for issuance of patta in petitioner's favour as per sub-division made by the concerned Surveyor by ignoring the third respondent's objection for the petitioner's property at No.147, Neervalur Village, Kancheepuram Taluk & District, comprised in Survey No.516 (Old S.No.65/1B), measuring an extent of 1452 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sq.ft. on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
