(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to amend the father's name of the convict as Govindasamy instead of Krishnan, the present petition has been filed.

2.Considering the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit, this petition is ordered. Consequently, the convict is directed to be released at 10.00 a.m. on 26.11.2019 and he shall return back to the prison on 10.12.2019 at 5.00 p.m. Post the H.C.P. for reporting compliance on 10.12.2019.

The order dated 19.11.2019 shall remain unaltered in other respects.
