This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21003 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024, by this Court to report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having 13 previous cases against him. He would further submit that as on date, the petitioner has complied with the condition for 50 days.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this 1/4

Court in Crl.O.P.No.21003 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on the first working of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
