3. Though in this writ petition, the petitioner has asked a prayer to direct the respondents to take action on his complaint in C.S.R.No.213 of 2017, virtually he asked to direct the fourth respondent to register an FIR based on his complaint. The petitioner has not followed the directions issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018.
