3. It appears that a typographical error has crept in while mentioning the description of respondent No.2. In the order passed by this Court on 16.9.2025, in the array of respondent No.2, the words "Greater Chennai Commissioner", shall be substituted with "Greater Chennai Corporation".

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the order dated 16.09.2025 and issue amended order copy to the parties.

5. A copy of this order shall be submitted by the petitioner before the respective respondents.
