Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records connected with the order of termination passed by the 6th respondent in Na.Ka.No.F1/087/2017/NCLP dated 01.06.2017 against the petitioner and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue his service as Clerk cum Record keeper in the Special School at Perumabalai, Dharmapuri as long as the last child labour is educated.
