This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 20.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.8186 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police, monthly once, ie., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
