This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19129 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024, by this Court to report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and the case is pending in committal in PRC.No.30 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19129 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024 is modified to the 1/4

effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai, in PRC.No.12 of 2020 on 27.11.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
