2.Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that the witnesses were examined on the side of the petitioner and the case has been posted for defence witnesses.

3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition at this stage and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the trial Court.
