This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.160 of 2025 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent to Crime Branch, Crime Investigation Department (CBCID) or any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that investigation in the above crime number has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 02.09.2025 in e filing no.LTN20230003082C2025 00526 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambudur.

3. Since the final report has already filed in this case, transfer of investigation does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
