Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to initiate action against the 4th respondent as per section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 by considering my representation dated 19.11.2022.

2. Mr.Karthik Jeganathan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that petitioner's representation is taken on file and proceedings has been initiated against the 4th respondent and only show cause notice has to be issued. The same will be issued as per law.
