ORDER

These Original applications have been filed by the applicant to pass an ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent/defendant from dispossessing the petitioner/plaintiff and to alienate the suit schedule property till the disposal of the main case.

2. Since there is no any interim order granted and the applications are pending for a long time and no any steps have been taken by the respondents to alienate the properties and if any alienations made during the pendency of the Suit, it is hit by lis pendens and subject to outcome of the result of the Suit, and already pleadings are completed and the matter is posted for framing of issues, these applications are closed.
