This petition has been filed to modify the condition that out of two sureties, one surety should be the wife of the petitioner to the effect that out of the two sureties, one surety should be the blood relative of the petitioner, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022 by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2022 with a condition that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one surety should be the wife of the petitioner), each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi. He would also submit that due to misunderstanding, the petitioner's wife has turned hostile, as a result of which, she is not coming forward to be a surety. Hence, he seeks modification of the above condition.

sp 3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one surety should be either father or mother of the petitioner) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
