This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24120 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving opportunity of hearing and pass orders within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and dispose the same by an order dated 08.01.2024. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent before this Court. 3.
