ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take further action the case on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.09.2019 and investigate the case accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
