This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to report before the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.25073 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 63 years and he is suffering from multiple injuries and taking treatment and he is unable to comply the condition and hence, he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.
