ORDER

The petitioner herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 121(1), 351(3) of BNS Act and Section 3 of TN Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence Damage or loss to Property) act 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner herein was gone to the hospital for getting treatment had abused the staff in the hospital and damaged the medical equipments.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the place of occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
