ORDER

The condition imposed by the Court while granting bail on 07.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10401 of 2025 is sought to be relaxed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail. He further submitted that the final report has been filed.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 10401 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 is hereby relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m., for period of three months, instead of reporting every day at 10.30 a.m.
