2. This application is taken out to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent A.Ghouse Khan. His wife Begumjan and his daughter G.Amritha Sulthana have been shown as his legal heirs. Vakalat for the said persons have also been filed by the counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
