I had directed the civil revision petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,85,257/- and in addition, pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to allow the application in C.M.P.No.26565 of 2024.

kj 3.Mr.Singaravelu Balaraman seeks for a direction that the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2012 itself may be disposed of within a particular time limit. I find that the said request is reasonable. 4.Learned Principal District Judge, Erode is requested to complete the proceedings within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
