ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to re-transfer a sum Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) from Axis Bank Account No.922010063321885 to petitioner's SBI Account No.54002855589, IFSC Code.SBIN0007625, Branch: K.K.Nagar, Chennai, within a time frame.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite order of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.14110 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 directing the bank to release a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- after getting no objection from the 1st respondent police and executing bond for Rs.1,50,000/- before the court, the said amount has not been released. nd respondent on 08.09.2025 and

3. Though notice was ordered to the 2 served on 10.09.2025 and name being printed in the cause list, none appeared nd respondent.

It is pertinent to note that the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai has passed a detailed order in Crl.M.P.No.14110 of 2024 on 30.08.2024 and in pursuant to the same, the 1st respondent has also granted necessary no objection to the petitioner and the petitioner has also executed necessary bond as stated in the said order.

In such view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to release the amount to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
