ORDER
The petitioner herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) BNS, 2023 and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2008 in Crime No.69 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. The petitioner herein acted as a mule agent to open bank accounts for transacting money tariff through online gold mining trading. The petitioner was arrested on 23.07.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has facilitated to open bank account and he has no role in the alleged claim.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police filed the detailed counter, the petitioner has mule agent and open 14 accounts in various banks and so far the investigation indicates that more than Rs.1,17,00,000/- be cheated. The investigation is in initial stage.
5. Taking into consideration, regarding the alleged gold mining trade commission and the quantum of money cheated, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at present.
