This application is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the respective non-applicants oppose the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the accompanying affidavit filed along with the application, the delay of 80 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
