The above applications have been filed for the appointment of a new Arbitrator, since Hon'ble Mr.Justice P.Shanmugam, Former Judge of this Court, who was appointed as the Arbitrator by this Court by order dated 28.10.2021, passed away.

As agreed by both the parties, Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Paul Vasanthakumar, Former Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, is appointed as the new Arbitrator.

Both the applications are ordered accordingly.
