This Court, vide judgment dated 18.10.2019 passed in C.A.No.682 of 2019, granted bail to the petitioner/appellant on condition to appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 am on everyday until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner/appellant has come up with the present Miscellaneous Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that though the petitioner/appellant is facing difficulty in appearing before the trial court on everyday, he has been regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court, till date. 3.The submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has been conceded by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the trial Court on all the hearing dates commencing from the next date of hearing i.e., on 17.12.2019, without fail.

5.This petition is accordingly ordered.
