For Petitioner : Mr.C.Prakasam (in both Petitions) For Respondent : Mr.K.Tippu Sultan (in both Petitions) Government Advocate COMMON ORDER On 05.12.2023, when the matter came up before this Court, the learned Government Advocate informed the Court that not only the order of this Court has been complied with, but also the vehicles proposed to be confiscated was returned to the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner would then seeks time to ascertain this fact.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to ascertain the facts again, whereas the learned Government Advocate circulates a copy of the receipt issued by the petitioner herself.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration, and the contempt petitions are closed. If however, the petitioner contends that the statement made on behalf of the respondents before this Court are false, then the petitioner is required to file an affidavit to that effect. No costs. connected applications shall stand closed.
