The counsel for the petitioner would then seeks time to ascertain this fact.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to ascertain the facts again, whereas the learned Government Advocate circulates a copy of the receipt issued by the petitioner herself.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration, and the contempt petitions are closed. If however, the petitioner contends that the statement made on behalf of the respondents before this Court are false, then the petitioner is required to file an affidavit to that effect. No costs. Consequently, the 2/4
connected applications shall stand closed.
