The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file appeal against the judgment dated 13.09.2023 passed in C.C.No.67 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - I (Fast Track Court), Kallakurichi.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
