This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21075 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 to report before the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on every working day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 21075 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., and also appear before the respondent every Saturday at 6.30p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
