ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2024.
2. Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject land was allotted to the petitioner's mother by the 2nd respondent by the 2nd respondent and the District Revenue Officer in the year 1981. 2/6
However, patta of the said land was not issued to the petitioner. Hence, a representation dated 25.06.2024 has been filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent for issuance of patta. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the 3rd respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the category of patta sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued by 3rd respondent and the petitioner is supposed to have file the representation before the 1st & 2nd respondent. Therefore, he prays for dismissal of this petition.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, initially, the subject land was allotted to the petitioner's mother by the 2nd respondent by the 2nd respondent and the District Revenue Officer in the year 1981. However, patta of the said 3/6
land was not issued by the respondents. Hence, a representation dated 25.06.2024 has been filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent for issuance of patta. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the 3rd respondent till date.
8. Today, it was submitted by the respondent that the requested category of patta cannot be issued by 3rd respondent and the right course available for the petitioner is to file an online application before the 1st or 2nd respondent for issuance of requested category patta.
9. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an online application before the 1st or 2nd respondent in the manner known to law.
