This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05..09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13935 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15797 of 2023 to report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
