The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.282 of 2023, registered under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 392, 397, 427 and 506(ii) IPC.

2.It is stated that the petitioner/A2 and A1 under the influence of alcohol, on 04.09.2023, had assaulted the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1,050/- and also threatened him, causing injuries to him leading to registration of FIR also under Section 307 IPC. 3.It is stated that A1 had been arrested and released on bail. As against the petitioner herein, it is stated that there are six previous cases of similar in nature in different police station. 4.In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
