ORDER

[Order of Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J] Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 5 from evicting the petitioners in their respective houses situated at S.F.No.884/8, 884/6, 884/11 at Alathur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District till the disposal of appeal, which was filed by the petitioners on 20.04.2018 and 21.09.2019 in pursuant of the Hon'ble Division Bench order which is pending before third respondent.

2. Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that since appeal is pending, the official respondents will not initiate any action till the disposal of the appeal.

3. The above said submission is recorded. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With the above direction the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
