This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 26.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.24830 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, weekly once, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
