ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Trial Judge to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.1884 of 2020 within the stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., for investigation, and the same also taken on file as Crl.MP No.1884 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham. However, the matter has remained pending since from the year 2020, and no effective progress has been taken.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on records carefully.

4. On perusal of the adjudication of the Trial court, it is seen that from 22.10.2020 onwards, the matter has been continuously adjourned till 22.07.2025.

5. In such view of the matter, let the Judicial Magistrate to dispose the petition in Crl.M.P.No.1884 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
