This petition has been filed to modify the condition to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Tiruchengode instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23773 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
