This Petition has been filed to order substitute service of publication in any one of the News Paper circulated in the Respondents' 4 to 7 residential address viz., (1)Kanitha Devi, D/o.Boologanathan, (2)Kathiresan, S/o.Boologanathan, (3)Valli, W/o.Late Jaganathan and (4) Karthick (Minor) S/o.Late Jeganathan, (Minor Rep. by her Mother/natural guardian, Valli) all are residing at No.62, Plot No.43, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Alwar Thirunagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600 087 in the above Appeal in A.S.No.404 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to take substituted service through paper publication in any one of the local Newspapers in Tamil, which is widely circulated in the Respondents' 4 & 7 locality and 1/3

such paper publication be effected on or before 04.03.2024, indicating the date of hearing i.e., 15.03.2024.

4.Proof for taking substituted service has to be filed. Post the matter on 15.03.2024.
