This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to be examined through the mode of video conferencing/Hybrid.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as he is presently residing in U.K. along with his wife and son, he is not in a position to come to India to adduce evidence.

Hence, the present application has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and as the other side has no objection, this application is Ordered. Post before Additional Master III for recording evidence on 10.01.2024.
