The plaintiff who has filed the John Doe suit wants to implead the unknown persons as respondents. Hence taken this application to implead the respondents 44 to 51 as unknown respondents.

2. This Court is of the opinion that it is suffice to be arrayed anyone unknown person as respondent. Hence the application is partly allowed and the unknown person shall be impleaded as respondents 44 consonance to the judgment of this Court rendered in M/s.R.K.Productions Pvt.Ltd.
