(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detention order, under which the petitioner's husband Kishore Kumar was kept in custody, was quashed by this Court, vide orders dated 19.12.2023 in H.C.P. No.1781 of 2023, and that the detenu has also come out on bail on 23.12.2023.
2. Recording the abovesaid submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition stands closed as the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. No costs.
