The Principal District Judge has sought for further three months time to dispose of the COS.No.21 of 2024 and the request has been made on 21.04.2025. Since, we are in July, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, shall dispose of the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
