ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.7(ii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1265 of 2024 in C.A.No.117 of 2024 on 01.02.2024 by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner being a lady, is facing difficulty in complying the condition in view of her ill health and old age. Hence, prays to modify the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.

4.Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady aged about 76 years and the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered. 22.09.2025 rsi To 1.The Special Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Coimbatore.
