Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to implement the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 9642/ 2023/ A4 dated 19.07.2024 and to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner for an extent of 43 cents in Survey No. 61/3A2D, Madurapakkam and further direct the third respondent to dispose the petitioner representation 1/4

dated 25.08.2025 within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to implement the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 9642/ 2023/ A4 dated 19.07.2024 and to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner for an extent of 43 cents in Survey No. 61/3A2D, Madurapakkam and to further direct the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry as directed by the first respondent and, after issuance of notice to all the parties concerned, and 2/4

giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
